LIZARI ART VILLAGE is a modern, multifunctional center surrounded by nature — ancient oaks and open landscapes.
Nothing here is built by chance. The architecture is thoughtfully designed so that every shape supports and uplifts the human being. Simple yet expressive lines, natural colors, clean proportions, light and air — everything here helps you tune into inner order. It’s a place where you can breathe freely, focus easily, and simply be yourself.
The territory includes two guesthouses, designer apartments, conference and workshop halls, a restaurant, an open-air sports area, a wood-fired sauna, and a contemporary art gallery. LIZARI is ideal for seminars, retreats, educational programs, concerts, festivals, corporate gatherings, and creative events — everything you need is in one place.
LIZARI offers professionally equipped spaces for events of all formats — from private meetings and author retreats to conferences, corporate programs, and cultural events.
We work with groups from 10 to 150 people (150- when using outdoor spaces).
For events with fewer than 10 participants, we offer flexible rental and accommodation terms by individual arrangement.
Available to organizers:
— Bright halls for 10, 20, 50, and 90 seats
— Built-in screens and projectors
— YAMAHA sound system
— Mobile Wi‑Fi
Upon request, we provide coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners, including full board for participants.

At your service — two modern and comfortable guesthouses with single and double rooms, as well as apartments with unique, individually designed interiors.
All rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for rest and relaxation during events.
Additionally, we offer breakfast or full board (three meals a day).

Guests have access to various leisure options: a tennis court, a volleyball court, table tennis, billiards, bicycles, a wood-fired sauna, swimming in the pond in summer, and ice skating in winter.
LIZARI offers the possibility to host musical and theatrical events in the glass Rotunda (up to 120 spectators) or in the concert pavilion (up to 100 guests).
Available equipment includes a concert grand piano, an electronic organ-synthesizer, and an electronic drum set.
